We are pleased to announce the successful completion of our first capacity building workshop, dedicated to Spatial Transcriptomics (ST). The event brought together over 80 participants, who had the opportunity to explore both sequencing- and hybridization-based ST technologies through engaging lectures delivered by experts in the field.

The second day of the workshop focused on the bioinformatics analysis of ST sequencing data, featuring a combination of theoretical sessions and hands-on training using the DSC cloud platform.

We thank all participants, speakers, and organizers for making this event a great success, and we look forward to future workshops that continue to build capacity and foster collaboration in cutting-edge omics technologies.
